I added it to my cart because it said it was available, went through checkout, and then got an email later saying it wasn’t in stock after all. This has happened more than once now. I’m also not thrilled that I was charged while getting basically no real update until the cancellation email.

I ordered a medium green hoodie, but a small blue one showed up instead, not even close, honestly. I reached out to support and it took them days to get back to me, and then they asked for photos again, which was frustrating. I mean, how many times do I need to prove the hoodie is blue? Definitely not planning to order from here again.

I tried to check out and the payment just kept failing. Not sure if it was the site or my card, but everything looked fine on my end. I even went back and re-entered the details, then tried again, and nope. Kind of frustrating because I was ready to place the order, and then suddenly I’m stuck at the last step

Delivery was a mess, honestly. My order didn’t show up when it was supposed to, and the so-called tracking just sat there doing basically nothing for days.

I kept checking and then had to play the little update-chasing game, which got old fast. The products might be fine, but Captain Late Delivery isn’t getting another order from me if I need something on time.

I picked up a few sports bits from greenhillsports.com after my brother mentioned he’d seen some gear on there. The prices were okay overall, a couple of items felt fair, but a few seemed a bit pricey for what they were. Nothing terrible, and the order was fine, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best value I’ve come across...

It’s not bad overall, and I found a few things I liked, but the selection felt a little limited to me. Compared to other places I’ve shopped, I was hoping for more variety to choose from

Umm, I ordered this about a week ago and it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking has barely updated, so I’m frustrated. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I ordered my usual size from greenhillsports.com, but the fit was just way off. The shirt felt like it was at least one size too small, maybe even more, and the shorts were tight, tight in the waist but somehow loose everywhere else. The size chart didn’t really help much either. I ended up having to return it, which was annoying. I don’t think I’d trust their sizing again.

I was trying to get in and out quickly, but the site made that really difficult. Pages were loading slowly, the menus felt all over the place, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things. A couple of links didn’t seem to work right either, which just added to the frustration.

The checkout process wasn’t much better. It kept sending me back or making me redo steps, and since I was already feeling rushed, I just didn’t have the patience to keep messing with it. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but I ended up giving up.

I sent my order back, but I still haven’t gotten the refund. Customer support has been slow to respond, they haven’t been much help so far.

The site looks decent enough at first, but I just didn’t feel super confident while using it. Some of the info seemed a bit light, and I found myself clicking around more than expected just to feel sure it was legit.
It might be totally fine, but the trust factor could just be better. If I ordered from there, I’d probably use PayPal or a card with protection, just to be safe.

The item itself ended up being okay, but the box arrived really beat up and was basically half open. I felt a bit misled because I expected it to be packaged much more securely. The packaging was flimsy, and I was surprised nothing was missing or damaged.
